Tonya brings a lifelong love of movement and a physician’s understanding of the body to Be. The Studio. A former dancer, she earned her Advanced certification in ballet through the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) and modern/jazz through the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dance (ISTD), performing locally and internationally with local dance companies. Her movement background also includes competitive swimming and tennis in her younger years.
A Power Pilates-trained instructor, Tonya combines her dance experience with a strong foundation in anatomy, biomechanics and rehabilitation. She holds a medical degree from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, a Master’s in Sports and Exercise Medicine from the University of Glasgow, a Doctor of Medicine in Radiology, and certification in health coaching through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Her clinical work has supported athletes across dance, gymnastics, track and field, football, tennis and rugby.

With a passion for Pilates, movement and all things wellness, Renée co-created Be. The Studio with one goal in mind: to make movement feel good.
Believing that fitness doesn’t have to leave you feeling completely drained to be effective, Renée’s approach brings together the foundations of classical Pilates with contemporary movement and strength training.
For her, Be. is about more than just the classes. It’s about creating a beautiful, welcoming space where people can move with intention, feel stronger and genuinely enjoy the process.

Aimee is an ISSA-certified personal trainer with AFPA certification in pre- and postnatal fitness, a qualified veterinarian and a mom of two. She entered the fitness world after discovering how exercise could bring mental peace and relieve the demands of her career. Her own experiences with the pressures women face in fitness shaped her belief that movement should be empowering and supportive. Understanding the physical, mental and emotional demands of motherhood, Aimee brings compassion and encouragement to her sessions, helping women build strength, release stress and make space for themselves through every stage of life.

Arianne has coached professionally since 2011, bringing extensive experience, a passion for functional fitness and her signature “tough but sweet” style to Be. The Studio. She blends energetic athletic conditioning with precise, thoughtful movement, creating classes that challenge you while keeping alignment and control in focus.
Her qualifications include certification as a NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist and Fitness Nutrition Specialist, pre- and postnatal certification through Girls Gone Strong, a Certificate III in Fitness from the Australian College of Sport and Fitness, and Kettlebell Kickboxing instructor certification through KBIA.
As a mom of two, Arianne is especially passionate about empowering women through every chapter of life. Expect expert guidance, plenty of encouragement and a welcome push, helping you build strength, move with confidence and discover just how much you are capable of.
